i am staying in this hotel for more than 20 years but the room standard and washroom standard is declining and now there is no coffee shop in lobby,as they have before.swimming pool is also out of order.
staff behaviour specially the female staff of reception are very wel coming.

Good for the money they can improve by giving good cleaning services
Location is very good near to metro taxi and shopping areas
The were not cleaning the room everyday , you must call reception 2-3 times then they will send somebody to clean the room in whole trip they did my room cleaning only 4 times and that was what I asked by calling again and again

Overall this hotel is good for a very short stay. No one can tolerate the noise at night & roaches
I like the location I can take a taxi or walk to nearby metro. And restaurants supermarket right across from the hotel. The stuff were nice, when I first got there the smell in the room was very bad and I had bad allergie I was sneezing and runny nose and headache and they gave me another room on a different floor the next day, I don’t think it was any better but body adjusted to it
1. Roaches in the room very disgusting 2. Construction work at night every night 3. They don’t clean unless i asked and when I specifically requested to clean only the bathroom And not touch my bed because it has my own bedsheet and cover and pillows, instead they moved my laptop that was on my bed and my pajamas that was nicely folded and on the top of my pillow and put on the dusty nightstand by the bed and took one of my pillow case but didn’t clean the toilet. I repeatedly told the front desk very specifically that the toilet and the sink are dirty and those were the only things I want them clean
